Whilst Torres, Benayoun and Babel definately make them a stronger force and in with a shout, I still can't see them winning I'm afraid.
2nd or 3rd for me but in with a shout for next year if they can add one class defender and midfielder to the squad.
Mourinho will pull out all the stops to regain the title so it's difficult to see them not winning. Still between them and Man U for this season with Liverpool potentially throwing a spanner in the works for 2nd.
Look for Sunderland being the surprise team of the season with both Spurs and Villa up for good seasons. Top 6 and at least one cup between them.
Keen to see what's going to happen with Newcastle and Arsenal. I fancy Allardyce is going to be one of their most successful managers (certainly since Keegan), but I suspect he's going to need 3 seasons to get them there (and what's the chances of him getting 3 seasons

). I think Arsenal are in for a very mediocre season but there's a niggle in the back of my mind that Wenger is going to do something special just to give all teh doubters a good slap in the chops
Relegation for Wigan and Derby with Reading, Fulham, Middlesbro' and Portsmouth all having tough seasons and fighting the drop against each other. Everton and Blackburn won't be far off this fight either
