Can you do me a favour and tell your captain to have a look at the laws of the game.In there he will discover that you are not allowed to walk down the line when the bowl that he has bowled is running.I asked him not to but he decided he would continue to walk down the line and told me so.No problem.I did the same.
Because this upset me I did the only thing that made me feel better and beat him very easily
Also can you tell him I am allowed to walk down the line when going to visit the head as long as no wood is running.
All basics but something he does not know or want to know

Chapel won a hard fought match with xgates 7-3, could have quite easily been 8-2 or 9-1.

Our releagation fears put at rest for another week.

Congratulations to Garforth Rec on another successul year in the Tadcaster league, there is a good team ethic there and some good chuckers, shame you have to bowl on the heaviest green in western Europe.

I think there is a sort of compliment in there David, however its made me chuckle that Chapel Street complain about a green being heavy!

Still 4 games to go and nothing is decided yet!

Bobby its only my opinion, not Chapel St's. Some of our players were unconcerned by the long grass and big craters on your green.

However, I think its rather hypicritical of you to critisise someone else's green!

In Smithy's absence we know no scores from tonight other than our own. Normally by now we've got the whole league table sorted, but the man will be emptying the contents of his electric cool box in a tent in Masham.
