Are you lot bad losers, or is it something else? I was interseted in seeing your results and opinions on your latest set back, alas I will have to find out through the rumour mill, where players will be honest in how people played, who didn't play that should have and who played that shouldn't.

Personaly I would have had Bobby in at the Dragon!!!!

Its the green thats too big for all you 19 metre touch bowlers, you never win there bt if you want to avoid relegation back to the 3rd division, you need to up your games.

Get plenty of women in your team, oh I forgot, you already have. Razz

An excellent question David. Before i answer that one you must realize that both the home bowlers Chris England and our Chris did win. However on paper Bob has the best results at our green and therefore you would have assumed he would have been picked.Wrong.He made the mistake of losing his last home game and after a successful run of I think six wins on the trot was dropped.Over to you mister starter.Generally speaking to be fair to the selectors I think that of the 24 starters they got it right in 22.Not bad in this very difficult task of picking a team that everyone thinks they should be in.You will know all the moaners who think they should play and when dropped take their bat and ball home and are no longer available. Its great not being good enough to be selected and therefore just able to go along and watch.Hope to see you soon and keep up the insults.Kenny Boy. Dont discuss

Well Ken its not often I resort to replying via this media but I must correct you Bobby wasn't dropped because he lost his last game it was because he couldn't commit to being available it was also thought that not practising before the last match and rushing from work led to his defeat and the selectors didn't want that to happen again.. I believe Bobby would be an automatic selection in any representative team we put out yes the situation needs managing but sometimes it is difficult to please everyone. As for you David keep the winding up going then it wont take much to motivate the North Yorkshire team when we meet.

Wrong.Bob was asked if he was available. He said he was.Bob was asked if he was working on the Sunday in question he said he wasnt. Therefore he would have been able to practise. The royal we got it wrong but never mind. You will also realize no doubt that at least two of the home players never practice and never turn up at the specified time.Never mind.I am sure that this will all alter and things will be tightened up to ensure that people always practice and never have to rush from anywhere before bowling.Good Luck.By the way David isnt winding the royal we up but stating the obvious facts. He is very rarely wrong in his observations.Dont discuss.

Aramis, as my mucker Kenny boy so rightly says, I am indeed stating facts, however if you seriously think that couple of comments from me is enough to raise your teams performance then you must be dolally, they should be up for it every time they represent North Yorks, so put your money where your mouth is and match me £100 on the result of the game.

What do you say Aramis, are you up for it?

I will also have £100 that yoiu dont beat Bolton either.

Bring it on laaaaaaaaaaad!

Bobby I cant take you seriously as I understand from my former team-mate Andy Colquohoun you make bets but never settle them so your post seems a waste of time.

Now then David, you know I dont gamble but we will have a friendly beer on the outcome of the Leeds North Yorkshire game assuming you will be in the Leeds away team and assuming I am in the N Y home team. You Leeds lads must be favourites and you have lots to select from but we are gritty in NY and we are playing as well as ever at the moment so you just dont know.

I had forgotten about the bet with Big andy, but thats long gone.

see you next week

21 up, I have to take issue with you, If I make a bet and lose I always pay up, Andy C did not take my bet as to what was said at the time he blew it all out of proportion and changed the bet to suit himself (bet offered on HG league then he decided to change it to Tad league, depsite game at the time was indeed a Hg league game), ask Chaz or Rowsey, they will put you right instead of listening to crap.

If you have the balls I will give my wager to a 3rd party then we both know where we stand, mind you I dont think you have the bottle, or the confidence to make it, shame really.

Good Luck 21up and keep hiding.

Dave.
